(Applica) has implemented ISO Standards and Best Practices and has successfully renewed certifications of Quality System Management for ISO 9001:2015, Service Management Systems for ISO 20000-1:2018 and Information Security Management System for ISO 27001:2013. During the course of these certifications, our staff was retrained on the knowledge and implementation of processes, procedures and templates for these standards.
